Uncle Plum is a talented, hardworking band from Rochester, NY. In this age of DIY computer generated music, these four guys are a retro classic...featuring quality songs, great hooks, relatable stories, and tasteful musicianship. Modern Rock fans will immediately want to check out the opening track Shine On, which has been described as The Foo Fighters meet Matchbox Twenty, be sure to also check out the contagious background vocal arrangement and sick guitar solo. Any Sound keeps the intensity rolling with its pulsating melodic rock, reminiscent of Daughtry.
Breaking up has never sounded so vividly painful...or catchy as on the piano-driven, bluesy-pop ballad, If I Can't, while the John Mayer influenced album closer, Second Chance, takes the story one step further when you find someone who has...everything.
Fans of The Goo Goo Dolls, Snow Patrol, and The Gin Blossoms will gravitate to the upbeat Rock/Pop of So Blind, Ghost, and Place. Then take a trip back to the ‘70s for the band's remake of the classic tune, Everything I Own, Bread never rocked this hard!
Check your volume level for the high-intensity tune, Ten Steps, as the haunting bass and vocal intro gives way to crunchy guitars chugging underneath soaring vocals.
